September 27 Kick boxerGot another kick box tournement coming up in the next few weeks so trying 2 cut down on the booze & fags, not easy been gay......lol bad joke I know.
But I really have 2 start some serious re-training not that I really need it. I work out at the gym at work every evening when I finish plus train with paul (outwoodboi) sometimes & not just in bed
 Really looking forward 2 these next few weeks, only thing that over shadows it is I have 2 make some decisions about my( our) future & not sure wot 2 do about it all. September 18 New bikeWell bought a new bike the other week & have to say I wish I never bought it.....Ok it was only 1k but I have had nthing but hassle from it. If it can go wrong it wil go wrong.
Hopefully its all sorted but never say never September 17 FriendsI know, it's been a month & still nothing added, well I have a few more friends then I did a month ago.
